AI Agents Can Now Form Your Company and Open Your Business Bank Account
You can already spin up an AI agent that runs a business while you sleep. It ships code. It ships content. It answers customers. It runs the experiment. The one thing it could not do until today was form a business that holds its own money.
Now it can. Through Meow, your AI agent can form a real legal entity and open a real business bank account in the same conversation. Each agent can run its own LLC. Each LLC, its own Meow account. Each account, its own card.
All from one prompt in Claude.
What We Are Launching
In a single conversation, your AI agent walks you through:
- Forming a legal entity (LLC, C Corp, LLP, or LP, in any US state)
- Opening a business checking account through Meow
- Issuing your first corporate card
- Sending your first invoice to a customer
All in one place. All in one conversation. No tab switching.
Why This Matters
The fastest way to make money on the internet in 2026 is to deploy an AI agent that does the work. To actually make money, the agent needs a real business behind it. A legal entity. A bank account. A way to take payment and a way to pay vendors.
Forming a company digitally is not new. Doing it inside the same conversation as opening the bank account, issuing the card, and sending the first invoice is. That is what we built.
The deeper unlock is what this lets you do next. Every new product, every new bet, every new agent can have its own entity and its own bank account if you want one. The bookkeeping stays clean. The blast radius stays small. Spin up a new project before bed, have it operational by morning.
What Stays in Your Control
I get the obvious question. You are letting an AI agent move money. What stops it from moving the wrong money.
The answer is the same as it has been since we shipped MCP banking in April. By default, agents cannot move money unilaterally. Wire on or off, ACH on or off, daily caps, per-transaction limits, all explicitly configured by you. Sensitive actions complete through a secure link, not through text typed into the chat window. Your account and routing numbers are never exposed to the model. Every agent action lands in the same audit log as a human action.
The model runs the workflow. You stay in control of the money.
Who This Is For
The first wave is the audience you would expect. Builders running AI agents that ship code, ship content, ship answers while they sleep. Vibe coders who treat a new product like a new prompt. Solo operators who want a new project to mean a new entity, not three forms and a phone call to their accountant.
There is a quieter audience too. International founders forming a US entity from a different time zone. Meow already supports onboarding for Cayman, Bermuda, BVI, UAE, Panama, Singapore, and more. The agent does not have business hours.
The second wave is bigger. Anyone who has ever stared at an incorporation form, an EIN application, and a bank onboarding flow at the same time and thought, this should be one thing.
It is one thing now.
Try It
Open Claude and paste this:
I want to get started with Meow for my AI agent. Read the docs at https://www.meow.com/skills.md and then set it up.
Tell the agent you want to form a company first. It takes it from there.
The Meow MCP endpoint is live for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Gemini. Or apply for an account at meow.com.
Each agent gets to be a real business now. That is what shipped today.
