Why Silna Health Uses Meow for Their Banking and Corporate Treasury
OVERVIEW
Silna Health is the industry's first Care Readiness Platform. Silna handles all prior authorizations, benefit checks and insurance monitoring upfront to make sure your patients are clear to receive care, and you have more capacity to provide it. As of 2026, they have raised $32M from Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, and others.
This case study was conducted with Sagar Jajoo, Co-Founder and COO at Silna Health.
“What was advertised is what we got. There weren’t any little details that would create surprises, and the responsiveness has exceeded expectations — the fastest response times of any partner vendor we’ve used.”

The Problem
Q. How were you handling your financial operations before Meow?
We were using a larger commercial bank but there was a lot of pain. We weren’t getting the best rates, and we weren’t getting the responsive customer service and support that we wanted.
The Switch
Q. Why did you switch to Meow?
We wanted to make sure we were getting yield on the funds we’d raised through our Series A. That way we could extend our runway, preserve optionality, and have more time to achieve the ambitious goals we set out to achieve.
Today we use Meow’s business banking product, with our commercial checking accounts held through Meow.
The Results
Q. What results have you seen since switching to Meow?
What was advertised is what we got in terms of rates. There weren’t any little details that would create surprises. Getting real yield on our funds directly supports our runway and the optionality we wanted to preserve.
Q. What else has stood out about working with Meow?
The responsiveness has exceeded expectations. We have a shared Slack channel and get the fastest response times of any partner vendor we’ve used. The ease of use and the design of Meow also make it really easy for others on the team to onboard and get started.
“Silna is fixing a vital part of healthcare: making sure providers actually get paid for their work. We’re proud to help extend their runway and call them a Meow customer.”
