The Problem
Q. How were you managing your financial operations before using Meow?
For gaming companies, you need to have a variety of financial backing and banks, because not everybody will handle a sweepstakes or money gateway company. So we spread our finances across a couple commercial banks, smaller commercial banks, a couple fintechs, and then had some completely strange way to pay our vendors and our offshore employees in crypto and stablecoins. And that was becoming a real pain point for us.
The Switch
Q. Why did you switch to Meow?
I originally switched to Meow because we were having trouble paying our vendors and contractors overseas in stablecoins, both USDC and USDT. I had to do some wacky stuff to pay out of my Coinbase account, have them block it, freeze my account, then get reimbursed by the company. Things like that. It just became unsupportable. So I originally came to Meow for the seamless integration of the USDC and USDT.
The Results
Q. What results have you seen since switching to Meow?
They have a state-of-the-art tech platform that's incredibly easy to use. It has reduced hours of work for me each week, particularly on the stablecoin integration side. And the automated part of Meow that makes it so easy to run our financial activities in a variety of ways through Meow, has saved me hours per week. That is incredibly valuable. We're going to start consolidating more of our financial activities onto Meow because the service and the overall experience has been so strong.
Q. What else has stood out about working with Meow?
The customer service is just incredible. In fact, I worry about how quickly they respond, and this is real people, not bots. But it is so phenomenal that I had to meet them in person to believe it was real.
